Mr Brute Squad – I dont seem to be getting help anywhere else!!!

Why dosnt WordPress just have a live chat so one can ask them directly if the email was from them or scam? Really – an amazingly faulty set up for a simple question!

Hi Steve, I cant seem to post a reply or a comment or anything on the support forums I can work out why… After 30 minutes of searching your site I found this area!! Somewhat ridiculous that it takes so much work to contact you!!

My domain is registered with wild west – but in the past when I have contacted them they referred me back to WordPress.

Hi Hardeep i have replied a few times.

I sent a screen shot illustrating images not scalling down from laptop to mobile to your own email addresss on December 12.

You would have seen how the image did not scale down. How then are you suppose to use the header if it cant scale down? OR did you only build it to scale down to the header you featured it with? So that when people change that image they find the header looses its responsive coding. and they have to pay you to fix it … Right? Is this what is happening here?

I used the above code, but Im afraid it still didnt work for a mobile, but worked for an IPAD.

Im using the Oblique theme, which was responsive when I started then one day (5 days ago) the header turned into a small strip and was no longer responsive. I used CSS to increase the paddings and margins to widen the header, but on a mobile it looked ridiculous, it didnt scale down.

Any ideas?
