That’s not what’s happening though. The transactions ARE going through PayPal. I go to PayPal and check the transaction ID from Give in our website and match it with the one in PayPal and everything matches up- time, date, payment, ID. But the Payment is not marking complete, even after 7-10 days. I even had a payment clear paypal and in Give it marked as abandoned a few days later.

So there is clearly a miscommunication issue between the plugin and Paypal returning information back to the plugin once a payment does clear PayPal.

I got this complaint as well. My donors don’t require login. but I had one send me the email and the error message when I clicked the link was “This receipt is expired or you do not have permission to view it”. So I went into her payment and resent it and now it works.

As stated, we use 1.3.1.1. No manual changes, Never used test mode.

I changed the theme yesterday thinking maybe it was a theme conflict. Still an issue. Now only shows $180.

Hi. I fixed this issue by removing excess HTML from the page. However when i designate a Fund it does not carry over to PayPal. On the PayPal screen it only says Purpose: Donation… instead of the designated fund. Any idea?
