By the way, are you also experiencing an issue with the Customizer not opening (fatal error) with version 2.1.11? This has been happening on my end, and I’m curious if it’s related.

Please make sure that the shop currency is similar to the merchant id currency. Like if your merchant currency is in USD, the expected shop currency must also be in USD.

Try login to your Master Card payment gateway dashboard, and make sure to select ‘Authentication API’ option under Hosted Checkout under Admin – Integration Settings. Click here.

As for the new issue, you must check with your bank. Like does the card contain the sufficient amount, is the card valid, does the bank supports this gateway in your country…

This issue is not related to the plugin configuration. The plugin functionality is to load the payment page with the order details, then the bank handle the process at this stage (checks the card..), and after successful processing, the plugin then redirects to the order details page confirming the placement of the order in the website and updates the order status to processing in the orders list.

In your case, the issue is at the level of the bank authentication, that’s why you must check with your bank.

The payment page loads successfully and everything looks normal. Click here.

I just made a test on ‘https://www.dubaitigersrfc.com/’ where I tried to order a product, after processing checkout, the payment gateway page showed successfully without any issues. Did you sort out the problem? If you have any further issues, please let us know.
