Hi,

So posting here as per Anke from customer service.

Emails still aren’t being sent (confirmed not being sent at all with email logs:
I’ve now tried with wp-cron disabled and re-enabled.
ywrac_cron is running fine at set interval.
All other wordpress and plugin emails are sent fine.
Tested wp_mail() and it works perfectly.
I can send a test message when editing a email template fine in the plugin.
Sending a manual email to detected abandoned cart works fine.
Abandoned carts are detected fine.
I disabled all plugins and still no email.
Changed to default WordPress theme and no email.
Nothing in the wp debug.

So i’m at a loss really. As i mentioned to customer Anke, i’m going to disable your plugin for now and use another one that works as i’ve spent a week on this and can’t afford to lose sales.
Let me know if i’m missing something. Thanks

Edit, when i disabled it and re-enabled it just now, it shot off 2 emails to one of the abandoned carts but not the rest. So i thought it was working but the test cart failed again. No emails sent.

Yeah i already have it set up and working. That command didn’t look right and didn’t work so thought i would ask as it specifically tells you to set it up like that because it said: The command you want to use is:.

Thanks but i should have clarified. I already have that setup.
I thought if wp-cron is disabled then your plugin may have a specific file that needs to be called server side and setup separately.
I guess that means if no emails are being sent then it’s not a cron issue. I’ll have to try to figure that out.

Don’t know if support is even around but i agree, the layout for the actual link (You Can Track Your Order Here) is bothering the heck out of me.

I think it’s supposed to be a button that’s why it’s sitting a few space in but it sounds like yours shows up like mine as just a text link.

The button looks perfect on the order page though.

This is how mine shows up in the email and looks horrible:

I think it’s missing the text in front of the tracking # also.

NEVER-MIND. PLUGIN REMOVED BECAUSE OF THIS.

Update: So i deactivated all the plugins and tried again and it worked fine. Must be a conflict with another plugin. Will try to narrow it down.

It’s in theme options -> shop -> product catalogue. At the bottom.

ePacket is there but for some reason they have it attached to China EMS. It should be separate.

Yep, plugin is useless nowadays.

Hey Guys,

Just wondering, i just created a deal with the 10% off and on the Flatsome theme a bubble gets added to the images to show the discount percentage. But instead of 10% it is showing 100%. Is this a theme thing or plugin? The actual discount is correct in price.

Hey guys, i just removed and installed the latest version of the free plugin and this issue still exists. I remember emailing the info to you also. You have to change the bubble to display the percentage in the theme settings and you will see it.

That’s correct.
