Hi @orderbot ,
I’m sorry but that’s not actually possible with our plugin.
I think what you want would need custom development.Best Regards,
Salva.Hi @lakki1
That could be due to the amount of time that ATUM needs to process all the products you set that reached the max_execution_time or the amount of memory used by the PHP process that reached the memory_limit set on your php.ini.
And once you change the number of products shown per page on Stock Central, a user meta is saved to remember that specific setting for the current user the next time accesses to the page. That’s why changing the number on settings can’t work here.
So, in order to reset the number to the default one, you should access to your database (though phpMyAdmin for example) and go to the wp_usermeta table and look for one meta key named “atum_stock_central_products_per_page” and assigned to your user ID. In this meta key is saved the number of products, so you can get rid of it (to display the default again) or to set another number.
I hope this helps.

If the user you are having problems with is not an admin nor a shop manager, perhaps you’ll have problems everywhere (not with ATUM but with WooCommerce also).
You’ll have to fine-tune the capabilities until you find a good combination of them.
Alternatively, you can use as a base a higher role for that user and remove the unwanted capabilities from it.Hi @ngthanhdo
ATUM has several capabilities (all those starting with atum_ that you can see on your Role Editor plugin), however, as the stock field is a WooCommerce field and was not added by ATUM, we don’t have any capability to do so.
Best Regards,
Salva. We’ve just tried to replicate this on our side and all worked fine.

In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Export PDF errorHi Mike,
As this is the first time a user notifies us about such error, I suspect is something related to your hosting or web server configuration. Please ask your hosting provider about this issue or try a different host.

In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Export PDF error0644 is not the right permission for a directory. Please read the article I linked before:
- All directories should be 755 or 750.
- All files should be 644 or 640. Exception: wp-config.php should be 440 or 400 to prevent other users on the server from reading it.
- No directories should ever be given 777, even upload directories. Since the php process is running as the owner of the files, it gets the owners permissions and can write to even a 755 directory.
Thank you,

In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Export PDF errorHi Mike,
Please confirm that you have the atum-icon-font.ttf in this path:
/wp-content/plugins/atum-stock-manager-for-woocommerce/assets/fonts/
And that has the right file permissions.
You have more info about file permissions in WordPress here:Best Regards,
Salva.Good to hear that you could manage to solve this!
And thank you for the nice comments. We are glad you like it!

Hi @eeuweb
Testing this on a fresh installation, we’ve detected a possible issue with variations and we’re working on a fix just now.
Just 2 questions to help us understand what happened in your case:
- Did you create the variables after enabling ATUM or were there yet?
- Do have your variables any variations?

Hi @nickgin,
We’ve just released a new version (1.5.8.1) that fixes a site crash issue when using old WooCommerce versions.
Please, update ATUM and try again.
And if your issue persists after the update, your PHP error log would help to determine what is happening on your specific case.Best Regards,

Best Regards,
Salva.Hi @hbit
We already fixed that issue but still not released it. It will go in the next ATUM version we plan to launch this week.
Best Regards,
Salva.Hi ben,
Yes, you can. Just uncheck the “Manage Stock” checkbox for all your variations and WooCommerce will use the variable stock for all of them. ATUM has nothing to do with this.
What you can’t actually do is to manage the stock quantity for variable products within Stock Central. Here you only can change the variations’ properties.
Best Regards,
Salva.
