I found a workaround. I set in the preferences that the website is private. Then you can add exceptions for pages that you want to make publicly available.
That’s a real decrease in term of functionality. Every time you want to make a page public, you have to go to the settings and add the URL as an exception. If you change the taxonomy or the page slug, then, it will broke the setting…
On top of that many users of the plugins may not be aware of this issue. Their private pages can be indexed otherwise their public pages can be private…

How can we restrict access to specific pages?
When editing a post, there is the possibility to set access restriction. However I no longer see this possibility with 2.0 +.
There is no longer granularity for page restriction.As a result, if you activate access restriction for pages, logged out users won’t see any menu item related to a page.
