It seems you are using the Google AdSense code which might not be responsive ads code hence the content is wider than the screen.

About the clickable elements could you maybe send us a screenshot pointing out those elements so we could help you better on this.

We are using 14px and 16px font-size which should not be causing any of such text issues so could you send us a screenshot for this as well so we can have better detail regarding your query.

I think you are referring to the TG: Slider Widget in which the titles are to be shown over the images so for that case it is not recommended to use the widget without the images since its functionality and design is to show the title over the images.
