The Zakra theme shows the logo of the quality you upload. Though I don’t see much difference in the quality on mobile devices, can you please try uploading a higher resolution logo.

To remove the image you’re referring can you please goto Customizer > Theme options > Post/Page/Blog > General under Background > Background Image click on remove.

Thank you for pointing out this issue, our team will look into it and provide an update as soon as it is fixed.

As an alternative, you can use Video Block temporarily to solve this issue until the new update.

Since no changes were made in the header section in 1.4.7 version, there shouldn’t any such issues. However, since it’s causing you a problem, can you please update the version to the latest and provide the site URL so that I can look in detail what is causing the issue.
