I am sorry that the plugin couldn’t work for you as it should. The problem you are having is very unusual. I have checked hundred times myself, but couldn’t find any clue of this problem.

Have you ever tried just using the title, or title and thumbnail without the post_meta ?

Please provide a link to the site. If not possible, provide the source code of the page.

Category lists are gone. This plugin could help you to do that – jQuery Categories List Widget

This should’ve been fixed if you’ve updated to the latest version 1.7.3.

Please follow the following –

• Tab – Query

1. Post Type = Post
2. Post Status = Publish

• Tab – Taxonomy (click on +Add)

1. Taxonomy = Category
2. Field = Name
3. Operator = =
4. Terms = The name of the category you want to show posts from

• Tab – Order

1. Orderby = Title
2. Order = ASC

• Tab – Limit

1. Items per page = -1

• Tab – Template

1. Template = <table>
   <thead><tr><td>Title</td></tr></thead>
   <tbody>
   [posts]<tr><td>[title]</td></tr>[/posts]
   </tbody>
   </table>

The last [/posts would be [/posts].

The error will be fixed in next version and would be available today.

What value did you set for the size ? Allowed values are size name.
Example:

1. [post_thumbnail size="post-thumbnail"]
2. [post_thumbnail size="thumbnail"]
3. [post_thumbnail size="medium"]

Alternatively, you can use only width or height or both.
Example:

1. [post_thumbnail width="200"]
2. [post_thumbnail height="100"]
3. [post_thumbnail width="200" height="100"]

%%postlist%% – that’s a very old version of this plugin. Well, you will have to at-least update each list so new data structure can take place. You should find the id at the top of the list title once you save or update a list.

In that case, try deleting & installing the plugin again.
