There is an option on list edit page – Items per page. Either set it as -1 or a high number, ie: 999999.

That’s not a expected behavior. It could be that any other plugin is overriding posts_per_page query variable. Usually, it display all published list.

I am sure those 10 lists have publish status. The other 50 might have pending/draft status.
