The plugin does not generate the shortcode correctly.
Instead of printing this:
[su_slider source="media: 114,113"]
print this other:
[su_https://www.example.com/wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate]
I think it’s a php problem, first generated correctly shortcodes.
I tried to reinstall it several times, disable themes and more, but without success.
