I should have added that I am running WP 2.6.3 on godaddy shared server and the super cache update was to 0.8.6

The previous version installed without a problem.

thanks I just found it. was looking in the wrong place.

Now need to set up the blog as the next page. Once I selected another page as the home page the blog is gone.

Any suggestions?
