One more thing: on my another website I noticed I’m not able to create custom audiences inside the plugin and the current audiences are kind of blurred (screenshot: https://i.gyazo.com/ed53e6a3d137fcd78885668284b832ec.png). What does it mean?

Frankly, I don’t mind this state of things because the next audiences I’m gonna create in the FB ads manager, but I want to make sure my pixel is working correctly and everything’s fine.

Just for the confirmation, so do the audience data are collected even during the log-out time? I didn’t spot when it logged out.

I got scared because when I was choosing the custom audiences for my ads I saw the “20<” audience sizes inside of the FB ad manager.

I’ve been using it for years and I always test it on my test accounts.
I got info about this issue from my members.

Please let me know how to fix it. Can you recreate it on your website?
@tamicabre is having the same issue, so I’m not the only one.

@mbrsolution the pages are protected and I have two levels.

I tried both levels – the main one is the Silver, but just in case I checked “visible for both” and despite that it keeps giving me “You need to login to view this content” message.

I don’t know why it has been marked as resolved. I just changed it’s status as not resolved as I haven’t got any fix.

I just saw you’ve been asking for some things and I haven’t got these questions to my mailbox.

Hey, the issue is fixed. There were something wrong with some paths, which might happen during the transfer, or some conflict between the Simple Membership plugin and login authentication feature of the Shield plugin. Anyway it’s solved.

I don’t know if that correlates with the issue, but I am not able to embed this website – I paste the url to th iFrame codea and it results in blank white place instead of the scrollable embedded site/box.
