And it also modified the config file that post permalinks are thrown 404 error. I had to uninstall this plugin and restore the modified files from backup for the URLs to work normally.

A bit of background. It worked for the first time. Loaded the category products page.
But the it threw the 404 error page for our actual homepage. So i asked our hosting provider to resolve the 404 homepage issue. For fix, he said he changed the permalink to plain instead of post. And now the 404 issue is resolved but the subdomain product category loads homepage.

It’s working with Product Tags.
Not sure why not with product categories.

Yes.. I have created global tab for a specific category..But the tab is shown for other products of other categories too. This is the main issue.
