when specifying the rss feed address use this format:

https://www.example.com/?feed=rss2

the 2 on the end did it for me

I still think u should try feedburner..I am pretty sure they cache stuff also but not sure what U looking for or what U R trying to avoid….

Okee her is my problem..using the structure because of my permalinks being default….:

I get a feed but all the formatting on the post is stripped out and the formatting is gone..ir’s just a string text..any suggests?

Feedburner just uses the Rss to make a Javascript that calls the PLAIN HTML that will adhere to your page style…no coding only clicks..8 ) works well

I would Run the feed thru Feedburner..then You can use “Buzzboost” to republish the feed as Html and limit the posts listed to one feed….then paste the script wherever U want the feed showing….

I have tried alot of RSS to HTML generators online….but feedburner’s HTML can be reformatted to match the site wherever U post it… by adding your own formatting b4 the script

and this changes the link color and the visited link color to be the same color or does this overides the post encoding? or both? thanx!!

thanx! will check that out..I do use large bold text..I am more concerned with consistency…mainly the fact that only some links turn red..when visted…like in the second post… but some stay blue..like in the first post….I guess I could try redoing the first post which I haven’t tried retooling yet.. because I thought the problem was the red links…not that the visited links are staying blue when then are suppose to be red….8 P

I’ll say took me FOREVER to figure that out….LOL

Yeah I tried that..and Itried changing all the code …it was just easier to name my pic “kubrickgeader.jpg”
