error-failed to load resource-the server responded with a status of 403.How do I fix this?

https://alpharagas.com/things-to-do-in-williamsburg-va/ or any other post link through my account I get the thumbnail but when I post it through my Facebook page I don’t get the thumbnail.
Also when I use somebody else’s link and post it through the Facebook page I get the thumbnail.
