Add posts tags

    In user profile page under POST tab, there is the list of all the posts that the user has created.
    Under each post there is categories and comments.
    Does anyone here know how to add a post tag?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Can you please clarify where do you want to add posts tag?
    The tags can be added on the backend.

    I want to put a post tag in the red frame of the image.
