Adding the css you suggested did make it transparent, but it stays transparent. We would like to to start as a transparent and then get a white background as you start to scroll.

After I updated Elementor and WordPress, the issue went away. Just make sure you have all the latest updates.

I also found the solution. You have to go to the page where you put the popbox button. Click on the button, hit the style tab and edit the Modal Content width. I set mine to 320 and it looks fine.

I just saw an error message from elementor. Internal server error (500).

I should clarify that I mean the section that contains the popbox form. When I have the popbox open in Elementor, I edit the section and change the z value to 999.
