Robolist-lite theme only provides the search for (job_listing) posttype. It only searches the posted listings.
It seems that you are looking entire website search instead of a listing search, this functionality cannot be added directly through the theme options. you need to contact a theme developer for your specific request, they will help you.

please add the below CSS in your Dashboard-> Appearance->customize->additional css and publish the changes.
You can adjust the logo size, just change the ‘px’ value.
