The way you configured your Regular price attribute this will add the sale price for the products that are on sale, otherwise will include the regular prices.

Store code is a unique identifier which Google uses to refer your location. Your store code in your Google profile must match in the feed. If you have multiple store codes, I would suggest you to create multiple feeds. Please let me know if this works for you. Thanks.
