This seems like a small bug occurred at our backend.
We are working on the fix.
Hopefully, we will release the fix in the next update.
Meanwhile, please use the TEXT format for Google Shopping which will work fine.

Hi Miruko,
You can filter categories using the category filter. You will find this option in the Product Filter section.
You just have to select which categories you want to include in your Google Shopping Feed.

The extra character you are seeing is the encoded version of the “&” character. But, this should work fine.
