How would someone do this on a non-commercial theme? ??

Well, yeah, understood, but as I say I thought I might be missing a common and obvious solution to this, being new to wordpressery

I bought it from themeforest. No, I haven’t reviewed that yet .. perhaps I should. Was hoping for an obvious fix that I may have overlooked. But thanks I’ll take a look at that.

This applies to other options, too. After my installation of W3 Total Cache, I notice that these options are NOT enabled:

? Minify
? Database Cache
? Object Cache
? CDN
? Varnish

.. so I’m puzzled – does this mean they’re not compatible, or that they just start off disabled by default?

How can I tell if, say, Minify or Database cache is compatible with my installation?

It also occurs to me that I’m running WP version 3.4.2 – does anyone know if that presents a problem? I see it’s listed as “Compatible up to: 3.2.1” … ?

Just so I’m clear about this – am I right in thinking that this plugin is still useful if you don’t have a CDN set up yet?

And presumably it’s OK to integrate a CDN later without much trouble?
