Just for future reference, the whole issue was not because of contact form 7. It was related to some blockage in php_mail function.
I installed wp-mail-smtp plugin and used other settings for setup of my gsuite account. Worked perfectly afterwards.

Thank you for your response. But this is not the issue i am looking for. I get the message on my same domain (this also in spam), but i dont/never receive the emails on any other domains (like gmail,yahoo,outlook or even other domains like [email protected]).

Is it possible that emails are not sending outside of this domain because of staging. I also tried it on my production website but have the same issue there aswell.

As per the article you shared, it says that the message might be kidnapped or killed, but that is not the case here since i am getting emails on my same domian ids. And also there is no spam filter in any given ids.

I would be greatful if you can help me with this problem.
