After further testing I found out that disable the Wordfence firewall solves the problem. So the Wordfence developers should look into that.

I have the exact same problem, deactivated the Wordfence plugin and it came back to normal again.
I have had this issue a few months now, I use Hostgator webhosting.

Its a shame when plugins gets abandoned and the author is silent. I have been very pleased with this plugin and used it om many of my sites. But when a plugin is not updated for almost a year, then its time to move on…

Thanks for the tip of this other plugin, I will check it out.

I went in via cPanel and renamed the feed to post add-on. Then I could access my site again.
Had to re activate the RSS aggregator plugin and then the update went well. After that I reactivated the feed to post add-on.

And my site is now back on track it seems.

In the future, is it a good idea to deactivate the add-ons first before upgrading the main plugin?

It looks like a problem related to the feed to post add-on.

Okay, just one more additional question.

Does your plugin have the ability to auto remove posts after a certain time? Like after 3 months or 1 year as the Multi Importer plugin have?

Because with more than 200 feeds the database would grow to big if there is no choice to auto delete posts after some time.

So what can be imported in to your plugin?

I have an option i the RSS Multi importer:

Export Your Feeds as a Text File

Export a text file with all of the feed URLS you have stored in this plugin

Check to include all fields (title, URL, Category, User)

Is it possible to use this text file and import in to your plugin?

Yes, that is correct. Have more than 200 feeds on my site with that plugin.

I actually got Allen Weiss to reply om my comment on Google+ And he confirmed that WordPress removed it.

I have the same problem and its related to my webhotel. I wish you guys in JetPack could work a fix for this.
This was not a problem earlier on my site.
