In the file useful-banner-manager/includes/hooks.php remove the following lines (11-16):

if ( current_user_can( 'edit_posts' ) || current_user_can( 'edit_pages' ) ) {
   if ( get_user_option( 'rich_editing' ) == 'true' ) {
      add_filter( 'mce_external_plugins', 'ubm_add_plugin' );
      add_filter( 'mce_buttons', 'ubm_register_button' );

The plugin just displays the banners, if you wish to style them you should do it via CSS.

You can delete its folder from the plugins directory. But are you sure the problem is “Useful Banner Manager” plugin?

It breaks the WYSIWYG editor because you have an ad block add-on installed on your browser. If you disable it for that domain it will work fine.
