Hi, i couldn’t believe this was the only post i found about this, as i’ve had the same problem.

I took a look at what else changed for me, and recalled that i also updated my jetpack plugin at the same time, and it now has a built in form facility, and that this uses the same shortcode as contact form 7.

So, i disabled jetpack and hey presto contact form works again!

when i get time i’ll try and find a workaround, or maybe someone will update contact form or jetpack to work together.

please excuse a <bump> on this one, my arrows are still spinning and forms not working. As i have tried disabling plug-ins and the theme i’m not sure what else i can do, and i dont really want to have to get a new form app, as contact form 7 was perfect, when it worked before the upgrade

i’m having the same issue with the upgrade to contact form 7 v2.1 on the following url

and all forms on the site

i have tried…

With and without ‘really simple CAPTCHA’ v1.1

Disabling ALL other plugins

AND going back to and using the wordpress default theme 1.6

(otherwise i’m normally running Modularity from GRaph Paper Press v2.2 (i know there is a newer one but i didnt want to add to my complications just yet)

when i click SEND, the arrows just keep on turning and nothing happens, no emails arrive
