ainoa.. Yep I have the same issue I alter the order and it will just black out after update pressed.. so cannot reorder at all

Visual Editor > Add Media > Add Gallery worked for me too. But prefer the look of the old gallery but at least I have a method of getting new posts up. The old Galleries still work just hard to edit.

I am suffering the same issue. (Just posted on this) I have a large website with lot’s of galleries and have the same problem. Will try the Visual Editor > Add Media > Add Gallery route.

Fixed now, disabled unused widgets and that cured it!

Interestingly they are showing but very small in the second column? and I cannot seem to reposition them, I guess this is a theme issue
