We know that the problem is strictly related to the upgrade of WordPress to version 6.7. The translation mechanisms have been modified in the latest version.

This problem may be related to other plugins, theme used in your shop. Please try to isolate an issue, by disabling plugins which are not our or WooCommerce.?Then please enable plugins one by one,?deleting the cache, and check if the problem still exists.
If yes, please?test the?plugin?again, but now using Storefront – the official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.
Such testing on a “live” store is not the best idea. It’s better to do it on a copy, which you can prepare with WP Staging. It’s a free and simple plug-in – with it you will prepare a copy with a few clicks.

ShopMagic offers it’s own tracking system https://monosnap.com/file/yo3bjXwtm7Hz68JfnrzUKoBxWgij7B, which can be used for mails sending by our plugin.
We should consider integrate SM with Mailgun or expand message tracking system throughout the store.
I have notified our developers about this feature. I have added you to the list of customers interested in it and will let you know when it happens.

Thank you for contacting us. Could you check on your cart page (admin dashboard) is there block cart set? If yes could you change it to classic [woocommerce_cart] shortcode set up?
Does the problem still exist? If so, could you tell me the WordPress, our plugin, and PHP versions you are using on your store?
Can you send a screen showing the calculation settings?

Thank you for your patience. I am back with the findings. This is the proper plugin functioning. I already explain why. The plugin leaves the default WooCommerce order number until it is created. This is a safety feature if in the meantime (between the creation and saving of the manual order) a normal customer order was placed in the store.
If we didn’t use this mechanism, the order placed by the customer would get another number. And what if the manual order, created by the administrator, would not be saved? There would be a gap in order numbering.
That’s why you see the default number assigned by WooCommerce when you manually create an order. The plugin assigns the correct number as soon as the order is created, for the care of not creating gaps in the numbering accidentally.
