Agree, I would like to also ask for this feature!
I require checkbox to the contact form for agreeing privacy policy to be fully compliant with GDPR legislation.

This also means that the user is only able to send the form only when the ckeckbox is checked.

Nope… Not yet.
I’made a temporary solution by downgrading to 1.4.5 but with a compromise that the color picker not working while composing newsletter :/

I’ve tested with prevous version of the plugin (1.4.5) and it worked correctly. The problem disappeared but unfortunately the color picker works only with WP3.6, so everything starts over. I installed 1.4.6 back.
Is is the devil’s circle…

A struggling with the same problem! Could You please share your solution with me! What did you do with the admin-ajax.php exactly? I’m using a custom them from ThemeForest called u-design I hope it help some kind…
