Hi Herman,
Thank you for your prompt response and suggestions. I followed your instructions and performed the recommended troubleshooting steps. Here’s an update on the situation:
- Switching to a default Twenty theme: I switched the theme to a default Twenty theme, and I noticed some improvements in certain aspects of the website’s content. However, the overall display issues and misplacements still persist.
- Downgrading Astra theme: I attempted to rollback the Astra theme to previous versions using the WP Rollback plugin. Unfortunately, even after trying different versions, the issue remained unchanged.
Considering the above, it seems that the problem is not resolved by simply adjusting the theme or rolling it back. To further investigate and resolve the issue, I believe it would be best if your support team could directly access my website and perform a more in-depth analysis.
However, I completely understand the importance of security and the need to safeguard login information. Could you kindly guide me on how I can securely and safely provide you with the necessary login details? I want to ensure that the process remains confidential and adheres to the highest standards of data protection.
Thank you once again for your continued assistance. I appreciate your support in resolving this matter promptly.
Best regards,
Andrei
Hi,
What is this then? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IuZdXYnPokNliQp6EKDwyGZRTeoiwafu/view?usp=sharing
Is there something else that has to be embedded on my site plugin-wise?
Hi,
The ticket commerce has been applied to the events in the first place and I was able to add ticket options to the event I posted on the site. Will the order link pop up once the tickets start to be purchased?
Hi,
Thanks for bringing some more clarity into this. I realized this would work slightly different compared to what my expectations had been so far.
To your questions, I have a functioning website with the events calendar and event tickets being installed. What do I do to launch an order page like you have on your screen recording?
Thanks a lot!
Thanks a lot, it helped!
Hi,
We were able to check on the link you sent to set up an event order page. But the link does not work as it says ‘Sorry but the page you are trying to view does not exist.‘ We tried to click ‘order’ on top but their phone number isn’t in use, I clicked the country tab and it just hung without giving options and no where to hit next. Looks like the business is non-operational. Could you please either send out instructions on how to set it up using the link you provided (?https://your-site.com/tickets-order/?tc-order-id={GATEWAY_ID_FROM_LIST} ) or maybe recommend another company that deals with orders?
Thanks a lot for you help so far and I am looking forward to receiving more updates from you soon!
Hi,
Appreciate the feedback and assistance on everything so far!
In regards to the payments and tracking down the orders, I will have the client sign up soon and will see what happens.
When talking about the customizable fields, I was wondering if the option of getting assistance is free of charge or not because it looks to me I am supposed to be having a pro version of the plugin to be assisted. Please, let me know how it works!
Hi!
Thanks for your quick response, I appreciate all of your help so far!
Speaking of the links, sure, here you are:

Let me know if you have any further questions in this respect! Thanks!
Hi there,
Thanks for all of your help so far! However, I encountered another issue when creating contact forms on my pages using your plugin. Please, take a look at the following screenshots to familiarize yourself:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vllJM8UCcUvmNEScIGerRwJGXGxlfluX/view?usp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LrwHeWSabIrkk2z3Ydu9j7W6HvMpJrVo/view?usp=sharing
Take a look at ‘do you have an item to donate’ and ‘country’ where 1) the fields are styled different for some reason and look off compared to others; how do I match it with the overall style of the rest of the fields? 2) once selected, the drop-downs for both of the fields go over the other fields. Is that fixable at all?
Thanks for all of your help and hope these issues are also solvable!
Hi there!
Thanks for providing me with this. I just wanted to clarify the second resource you sent to me. In that video/tutorial that you shared, the speaker shared a great method that should work perfectly fine in my case. However, in the very beginning, she’s starting to by saying one has to kick off the process with the ‘order completed’ page but it’s never been mentioned where exactly we could find this page. Could you fill me in on that?
Also, I have another question regarding the registration for the events. Once one has to register his account, he has a form to fill out. I am wondering if there is a way for me to create a drop-down type of question for my specific requirements. Please, take a look at the screenshot in the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ARhrC5WPgaD_H8rb5Vl6BFoHI5T4jKoi/view?usp=sharing
My ‘skill level’ field should be changed to the drop-down type of a question instead. Is it possible somehow?
Thanks for all of your help so far!
Hi,
I saw this tutorial already in the first place and it does not help much. As I asked before after sending you one of the examples, would there be a chance to recreate this form? Is there a way for a login form to have a clickable text saying ‘create new account’ that leads to the registration form? Similar to what my template reads essentially. Please, let me know as the video does not cover this part at all.
Thank you!
Hi,
Does it mean I cannot create the form I shared with you? For more clarification, I am sending out another screenshot of the registration page that I currently have:
Registration form: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RdINJ6ut6LO7TCYU43F44XhmARFMPQpE/view?usp=sharing
Login Form: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rA_JwvIso8FqMoENcUVLJQVkWyueKXoT/view?usp=sharing
As you can see, this is not a single form. This is two separate forms but I can have them meld together to make just a single page, not multiple ones (I do not want to create several tabs but rather combine them, which does not mean they are the same form). Would ‘You can then add a HTML-type field to each of these forms, putting link to the other form in that field’ method would help me solve the issue and replicate the exact same shared login/registration forms?
Hi,
Thanks for your response! Please, go to this Google Drive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rA_JwvIso8FqMoENcUVLJQVkWyueKXoT/view?usp=sharing
Let me know if there is an option of creating a similar sign-in form where I can have both a login and a registration forms altogether.
Thanks for providing me with the information! I have a quick question as to whether your plugin would help me create a specific type of form. I have a screenshot of it. Would there be a chance to share it with you somehow?
Hi there!
Appreciate your proactiveness and assistance. It might work indeed. I was wondering if you guys have any tutorials on this specific case where one wants to create a sign in page with both login and registration embedded. Do you have any tutorials on this by any chance? I could not find anything that might help me create this type of form on the sources you provided for me. Is there a chance you have videos or materials around just sign in page or/and creating a two-column layout? I would appreciate your further assistance on this!
