Hi Sapthaka,
Ryviu does not support showing reviews on Google product reviews at this moment. However, you can export reviews from Ryviu to a CSV file, change the format then convert them to an XML file and import them to your Google Merchant account.

The issue is caused by your server that does not allows our app to connect with your store via API, so it caused the issue to take a long time to add a review. It’s working well on other WordPress sites, so we will need more time to check and find the solution.

Our app supports import reviews from amazon.de website, but only Ryviu paid membership can import reviews from Amazon. Please check out the pricing rules here to get a plan that fits your business.

The store cannot be disconnected from your Ryviu if you did not connect correctly when installing Ryviu app. Can you go live chat and let us know your store link so we can help you to disconnect it. After that, please reconnect your store follow step by steps in this instruction

You can change the star ratings of our app from your Ryviu dashboard > Settings > Customer Reviews > Customize > Star icon. Please click Save button after changing the color of “Active star”.

Our app does not integrate with that plugin, so reviews written by customers logging in using that app will not appear in Ryviu. Reviews will appear if they write using Ryviu plugin.

Our app will not delete your product reviews, original review of your store did not appear because you disabled the product review option from your WooCommerce setting. And reviews from Ryviu did not appear on your store because maybe you did not connect your store with Ryviu account correctly or import reviews use the incorrect product’s slug. Please make sure you connect it follow exactly all steps in this instruction: https://docs.ryviu.com/en/articles/1061571-install-ryviu-plugin-on-your-woocommerce-store
