Thanks Shane. The widgets are no longer in the admin. The widgets that were on and being used are gone and in one of the upgrades (to 2.5 I think) I lost the option of having text widgets. I appreciate any suggestions. I haven’t been able to find any info on this one.

I like the look you’ve got. I’m wondering if there is a setting I can change to get a view more like yours?? This is my wife’s blog but I think I need to snoop around and see if I can get the other style of display.

Something that has been posted is in the list you are talking about but a draft that hasn’t been posted yet is just listed at the top of that page. Non posted drafts are listed there together by title.

I see what you are talking about, but it won’t work for me. What I’m talking about is a draft and the drafts are listed up at the top of that page.

Any other ideas?

The post is on the list but the bottom of the posting page has been sucked up into the post itself and the delete button will no longer delete the post.

I’ve never removed anything directly from the database. Any guidance on how to do that?

Mondster, did you get your problem resolved? I had the same experience. WP is sorting your uploads by year and month. I started by manually creating the appropriate folders but later just changed the upload prefs so it no longer sorts the uploads. I don’t have many uploads anyway so I really didn’t need them sorted.

Thanks. I’m asking for the file in which these commands would be found. And what the commands would look like so I can find them and adjust them. I appreciate all help!

If I get what you are looking for, try this. In the text editor (Write tab in dashboard) there’s a little button that you can use to split up a post. On my editor it’s 3rd from the left and on mouseover it says “split post with more tag”. Try using that to split your post right at the begining and see if you get the appearance you are looking for.
