In reply to: Cannot log in to DashboardThat’s the login we always use. But when trying to log in we get automatically redirected to https://sweepingtheusa.org/flippa_3117008.txt/wp-login.php.

In reply to: No "Add New" option under PluginsI have a friend who did everything for me. I believe she did do it manually, but I’m waiting to hear back from her before confirming that.

In reply to: No "Add New" option under PluginsAbsolutely positive I’m using 3.4.2. Says on the Dashboard that I am. And it’s switched to Twenty Eleven now.

In reply to: Removing logo in Delicate themeOk, I realize my error there. So I finally understood what you were telling me in your first post, to name it, and place it in the same subfolder. Then I went to the body of the logo image and inserted the new image in at the correct location. BUT the Delicate logo still shows up. Even though I overwrote the old image. Hmmmmm.

In reply to: Removing logo in Delicate themeI located that portion of this procedure, and created a new image. But right now that image is just sitting in a folder waiting for me to fix what i’ve probably messed up. The element as it looks now is
<img src=”https://sweepingtheusa.org/wp-content/themes/logo.gif/images/logo/logo.gif” border=”0″ class=”gif” alt=”SWEEPINGTHEUSA”>
with no image showing up.
Exactly what do I need to do to get this gif image visible on our site?
Thank you again.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Transferring Website from one Domain to anotherBeing so incredibly new to this, i’m feeling I may have left out needed details. We are going through godaddy for her site. I had been (trying to) work on the regular sweepingtheusa.com w/o the wordpress in her address bar, but was falling short in details like background color, links, etc. She started working on things herself last night at sweepingtheusa.wordpress.com and is hoping that, since we have wordpress through godaddy, we can still “move” it over. Maybe I just rambled on what you’ve already answered……I hope not.

In reply to: Transferring Website from one Domain to anotherI have a similar issue. My wife’s blog is sweepingtheusa.wordpress.com but we want to drop the wordpress from the url. Is there a way to do so without losing the progress made on creating her site?
