You need to change your wp-db.php file to allow more memory to be used.

What I have seen is the past is that, SquareSpace stores images in non-normal attributes (e.g., not an image’s src attribute), see this issue for more explanation:

Does a search and replace that removes the query parts work? If so I may be able to incorporate some more smarts into the plugin.
