Just an update, I switched hosts away from 1and1 and now to a dedicated server, and this plugin has been working terrifically.

Well, after messing with this for a while I ended up switching to this plugin:

Which is much more configurable and has been working great over the past few days. So I guess I’ll call this topic resolved.

jeffr0 do you happen to use 1and1 for your hosting?

I have the same problem as you, where no matter what I do, I can’t get the redirect to the SuperCache files to work.

I’ve narrowed it down to this line in the htaccess file:

RewriteRule ^(.*) /wp-content/cache/supercache/%{HTTP_HOST}/$1index.html [L]

(line break added by this post)

And it doesn’t seem to be working correctly with my host.

I too am interested in this. Is there a way where I can pre-determine some templates that the users have the ability to change? That would really show the beauty of CSS-templates.
