But what do you mean by shortcodes? This plugin doesn’t use any.

Thank you for finding this issue. I’ve managed to replicate it myself too. It wasn’t spotted earlier, since all of the existing taxonomy terms are still working.

I will get to work on finding a solution and post back here in a few hours, hopefully with a new version which doesn’t have this bug.

That is definitely not the intended functionality. I’ll strip it out quickly until I have time to properly debug why this is happening for you. I made some “improvements” to that bit of code recently, so perhaps it was related to that.

Oh, I see. You are of course correct. The uninstall script would strip out any options which are set, but not the individual meta data for each post.

I’ll add that as something I should add as a feature.

Yes, that error was an embarrassing goof on my part. I was having terrible trouble trying to get the Spam Destroyer plugin to update, and in my frustration I must have copied it into the trunk directory of the Unique Headers plugin which I was also updating (unfortunately in this case, with success).

I’ll try to ensure this never happens again.

It was a somewhat embarrassingly stupid error on my part.

If you just reinstall the Unique Headers plugin, the issue should go away. If you need to strip stuff from the database, you can uninstall it, and the uninstall script should strip out any errant database entries, but if you plan to keep using the plugin, then that isn’t necessary.

It’s back. I’m terribly sorry for the error. I inadvertently copied the wrong files into the trunk directory. If you upgrade it again, I believe the problem should fix itself.
