Try playing about with the jQuery version, thats what worked for me! we are using v3.6.0

We are also seeing this. Card gets charged and order doesn’t get marked as ‘processing’.

It doesn’t happen often but it’s impossible to tell unless someone contacts you.

I have also tested this on Storefront with just woocommerce & this plugin and i am getting the same error. The same was happening on the previous plugin when 3DS was enabled.

1. User adds item to basket and tries to checkout as a guest while creating an account.
2. All details are filled in and Place order is clicked
3. Page loads, scrolls up and flickers & account is created
4. ‘Trust Payments: Processing Order’ shows but nothing happens. Payment details are removed from inputs.

Hi @illustratedigital,

I’ve been doing some testing on my core website, (prior to users adding their own plugins) and it works great, I just needed to disable some jQuery optimization settings and it loads every time on checkout.

I will get in touch with clients that are having issues and pinpoint the offending plugins they have installed.
