Yes, I think it was version 5.4, I was going through updating everything when it broke and ended up having the server tech go in and update the PHP, after that it was fine, so I don’t know if he ran a back-up as well as updating the PHP but its at 7.4 now I think.

Thank you so much for replying so quickly! I really appreciate it. Better response than the site developer whom I’ve given up on at this point.

First off, in your first response you’ve given me exactly the information I needed and I’ll be able to proceed with training now with this knowledge. I am gearing up for a large migration and I’ve just started training users. One of the first group’s request was a folder hierarchy that was easier to navigate than WordPress’s page and media library list.

Wicked Folders will fit this bill for both of these. I will be upgrading to the Pro version soon. Now, I have to train users on how to use it, hence my question on Page Attributes.

I’m not sure about your second response but I am interested in it. The developer segregated the backend so that users can only see and work with pages and files in their own divisions. Our agency has 7 divisions. So rather than go multi-site they did a lot of custom coding but Wicked Folders seems to work beautifully well with it since it doesn’t change permalinks or mess with the hiearchy.

I do have one other question though; I could not find any references to this on the forum. I have been using Wicked Folders with Jake Goldman’s Simple Page Ordering plugin and it seems to be working well. I was wondering if you were aware of any issues with this combination I should watch out for.

Sorry my question wasn’t clear. I am asking if during the install this plugin changes the existing site database or adds its own table.

    Thanks Guido!

It was the H3 piece, but I added the other for good measure.

    I really appreciate your help!
