I am having a similar issue. The FASB editor menu icon does show up in my WordPress editor toolbar when I edit regular posts or pages. But when editing a table using the WP Table Manager plugin, when I edit a tooltip, I only see the standard WordPress editor buttons, but not the FASB editor menu icon. Sorry, the problem was caused by insufficient user rights on the categories and files. Resolved now, everything works okay.

I’m having a similar problem. Folders (categories) are only displayed when I am logged in as admin on my site, not when I visit a page as a regular user. I am using the following shortcode:
[wpfilebase tag=browser id=59 /]
By the way, single files are displayed correctly, both for the admin as regular users. E.g.
[wpfilebase tag=file id=162 tpl=filebrowser /]

Anyone got a clue how to resolve this?

P.S. downloading the plugin files and installing them manually via FTP and then activating through WordPress does the trick! It just does not work when installing the plugin from within WordPress directly.

That would be great. Or an option to exclude a particular category from the FAQ-list, that would also be very helpful.

Same problem here, running WP3.3.1 and People List 1.3.10. The Template info link no longer works…
