What’s going on with Support?
Do they not help anymore? I sent a message about a month ago and never got an answer. It’s been a while since I’ve had to ask support anything so I don’t know.
The Gutenberg editor is not working on my site.
The classic editor which I’m trying to use is also flawed.
I can not wrap text around any media. I have to work on a post all day for it to come out right.

Could someone help please? What’s up with Gutenberg?

Thank you Jennifer for your response but does anyone know why the Gutenberg editor is not working?
I used it about a month ago and everything was ok. Want to know what happened.

Thank you Steve. So is the WooCommerce Mailerlite the plugin to download? I ask because I saw several mailerlite plugins but some said they’re not compatible with my version of WordPress.
Just double checking…

Is the Mailpoet Subscription Form widget compatible with Mailpoet 3? I tried to add it to my upper right side area of my home page and it doesn’t show up.

I have another problem with MailPoet 2 and 3.
Ok…I changed the shortcode on the optin form from wysija but I could only change it to “other”. And when I did part of my magic action box ( name and email line)disappeared and the widget sign-up form I have on the top right side of the page did also.
So I deactivated MailPoet 2 so that my subscribers will go directly into MailPoet 3 and the magic action box totally disappeared.
So my question is can the magic action box plugin work without mailpoet 2?

But if you don’t mind where is it on the form to change the shortcode?
My form just show where you put the customer’s name or style or field. See nothing that shows the code

Thank you guys for your response. I’m very new to setting up websites and the computer so hope you don’t mind I may still have questions.

Yes I was following an instructor for a class I’m taking and a plugin was used.
The plugin is Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP)

You know…the Magic Action Box plugin may have had something to do with the problem I had with my website. Just thought about that.

I went to Appearance and then menus and saw were my blog page showed invalid for some reason. Don’t know how that happened because yesterday it was there but it only had my very first blog post. Today even the word Blog was gone from my header.

Then I added it again to my primary menu setting and when I updated it and went back to my site the blog posts were there and the blog section was in the header.

I was surprised to see that.

Don’t know what’s going on but I’m really not computer literate so most things are like speaking French to me. But hopefully soon…
