Hi @12lucac,
Are you using Chrome for Windows or OSX?
Because I see the particles, and the automatic script is active.
This seems to work on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer (tested on Windows 10).Hi Keith,
Could you send me a link to the domain affected by the issue? I’d like to investigate and see what’s going on.
If you prefer keeping this information private, you can send the information to our supportdesk: [email protected]
Hi Inga,
To ensure cookies are handled correctly, it’s always best to classify them. This way they’ll not be set under the wrong circumstances.
Since the cookies are unclassified, our scanner doesn’t understand their purpose and can’t verify if they’re set under the right conditions. This causes your report to say that prior consent ins’t enabled. You can classify cookies in the Manager tool
Hi @12lucac,
I don’t see anything wrong with your page on either Chrome or Firefox.
You mentioned that certain computers have issues, is it possible these need to have the browser updated?
I apologize if you’ve somehow got the impression that we were unwilling to help you, or that you were being forced to convert to a paid account.
I’m happy to see that the issue was resolved and we sincerely hope you’ll enjoy the continued use of your free account.
Enabling you to comply with ePrivacy regulations is very important to us.Hi Chris,
I noticed that you use Google Tag Manager. If you don’t assign triggers to the tags in there, you can’t control the scripts.
Here’s a guide on how to set this up with your current implementation: Google Tag Manager and Automatic cookie blocking
Hi Gianfranco,
We don’t generally offer support with the customization of banners, since this can quickly get out of hand.
I would suggest an “onclick” attribute to sets the style to display:none; / display:block; or something similar. The placeholders only generate content, not functionality.
When customizing, all functions, CSS definitions and HTML mark-up will have to be done by you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Cookie banner plugin for WordPress – Cookiebot CMP by Usercentrics] FireFoxHi Visualcircle,
The plugin doesn’t need to be active, we can easily do simulations without it. The only thing we need, is for the domain to still be in listed in the Manager.
I’m currently investigation what causes the rendering of the page to stop, and will get back with a solution as soon as possible.
Hi Oshershalom,
There are a couple of errors on the page, one of these is that there are html elements inside a script, which causes errors. You can find the script by searching for the comment:
/*
Count up from any date script-
By JavaScript Kit (www.javascriptkit.com)
Over 200+ free scripts here!
*/The Recaptcha script also seems to be causing errors. If these errors are addressed, our script should work.
Hi Bulletta,
You won’t find the answer to what you’re looking for there. If you go to the Manager, under the Dialog tab, you’ll notice a small gray “?” next the label: “HTML definition of consent banner” a list will appear with all placeholder tags, and their description.
In this case:
[#DETAILS#] Show/hide details labelHi Oshershalom,
Can you elaborate on this?
Which domain is affect by this?
Which theme are you using? If you’re uncomfortable sharing this information in open forum, feel free to write to [email protected]
Hi pcfrchr,
I’ve just tried inspecting your website with Internet Explorer 11, but it seems our script hasn’t been implemented. Is there someway for me to see the error and run some tests?

Hi Stark0007,
Cookiebot is a “Consent Management Solution”, this means it allows website owners to block trackers until the user consents to their use.
This means, no consent, no cookies. The DNT setting in your browser however doesn’t prevent trackers from being set, but removes them from your browser when you close it.
This means, if it’s working as it should, that cookies will be set, but won’t be there on your next visit.Hi @cdheumann
We’ve been making temporary fixes for affected WordPress Editor plugins on a case by case basis, but a good solution is still being worked on.
Specifically the issue affecting WPBakery isn’t resolved yet.I would love to give you a time estimate, but can only tell you that our development team is on the case and will hopefully soon find a proper solution.
Hi,
You can actually use a different link to avoid cookies. For example our WordPress video: https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/g3nvEKm7Kv8
