I don’t exactly recall, I think from the plugin author’s website – which appears to not exist anymore, as you point out. ??

I had the loopback problem on a self-hosted linux server. I had to add the domain name to /etc/hosts, on the line for 127.0.0.1:

127.0.0.1 localhost mydomain.org

I scratched my head over this one; silly – I know.

Perhaps this can help someone else.
