Hi pizzadirect,
When cj.com sends people to their website, they should be clicking on a URL that looks something like lemonlunar.co.uk/shop?cjevent=”xxx”. As long as cj.com originally attached the cjevent to that URL, then it will be included in the tracking code.
I have pushed out an updated that makes this process case-insensitive. I don’t know if that matters or not, but if that doesn’t fix things, then can you schedule a meeting with me at https://tickets.wp-overwatch.com/#phone-call, and we can do a screenshare to try to figure out why your website isn’t capturing the cjevent variable.Sarath,
I’ve pushed out another update that should work this time. Thank you for telling me about the error. Everything was working in my test environment, and I would have never known that there was a problem if you didn’t mention it.

Hi sarathar,
It was using the SKU code for the item name. I have pushed out an update that will use the product name if a sku code was not sent.
Let me know if there is anything else you would like to see changed about the plugin.

Do you have everything filled out on this page:

If so, I think there might be a conflict with one of the other plugins one the website. Can you send me either a backup of your website, or send the credentials to your website, to [email protected], and I’ll take a look at why the plugin isn’t compatible with your website.

In reply to: [Tracking Code for cj.com (on WooCommerce checkout)] Adding CJEVENT variableSorry I haven’t been able to get to fixing this sooner, but I have to give priority to my WordPress clients for anything they need done. I have fixing this plugin on my list of things to do next week, and hopefully I’ll be able to get to fixing it sooner rather than later next week.
