Thanks, @longnguyen89 I downloaded the image. I’m not sure where the picture then went, as I couldn’t find it in the media files, and on approval of the review it doesn’t seem to be showing there either?

I am today experiencing the same error code 1 when trying to send a manual request for review. Please advise how to resolve this?
