In reply to: [Juliet] Blog postsHello –
This is one of two forum posts where I included the link to my website as part of the message instead of the custom field for my post (where only logged-in users can see it) – see earlier messages. I only realized this now as I was running a Google search on my website, and the forum post popped up. Is there any way to move the link from where it is now, to the custom field where it belongs?
Hoping that this can be done.
Thanks so much
Ahhh, ok. I understand now. That makes sense. Thanks for the clarification.
Cheers and thanks!
Hi Steven –
Thanks again! I changed the number.
I am a bit unclear by what you mean by your statement “One thing to note is that this setting affects all archive pages (blog feed, search results, category pages, date-based archives, etc.).”
Do you mean that those will only display/ search from the number of posts I’ve designated in Settings > Reading vs. the full inventory of posts?
Thanks for the clarification. Hope that you have a great weekend!

In reply to: [Juliet] Image sizesHi Steven –
Hope you’re well. Just wanted to circle back with you about this.
Re: #2, I followed up with the folks for the plug-in, they couldn’t do much. Oh well, it’s not a deal breaker ??
Re: #3, I think I will leave as is for now. Thanks again.
Cheers!

In reply to: [Juliet] Featured Post image gets cut offHi –
Thanks! yes, that makes total sense (and is also good to know). Thanks for making me aware – I’ll be keeping that in mind.
Have a great weekend – you’ve been of immense help. Unfortunately, this might not be the last time you hear from me with questions… ?? (sorry). I really appreciate your patience and insight.
Have a great weekend!

In reply to: [Juliet] Off Canvas Menu itemsThanks. I only have three categories, so I am ok with listing them separately vertically. I just created a secondary menu to reflect this and will use this option for my off canvas menu.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Juliet] About me – text wrap and image/text marginsHi –
I just tried adding the CSS you mentioned to the class that’s currently assigned to my image “.img-responsive.pull-left”. Not sure if this was correct/best practice or not, but it seems to have done the trick ?? Please let me know if it’s better I take the approach you mentioned – I welcome your direction on how to add a class to an image.
Thanks!

Thanks. Not sure how I would add a class to an image (i.e. where exactly would I do this?)

In reply to: [Juliet] Sidebar displayHi Steven –
Thank you. I went with your first suggestion and added some custom CSS to make it look like it would have in the page/front page sidebar (i.e. has the same background color and padding.
The second suggestion is good to know (in case I need it for future reference).
Cheers!

In reply to: [Juliet] Blog postsHi Steven –
Thank you for the information. Worked like a charm. Bummer that the latest post block doesn’t have the option to display comment count, but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
Thanks again and have a great weekend!
