Hi Andrew and Mika,

We add chat widget to over than 270,000 websites, among them are
F5.com, Sony Music and Wix.

In the past 6 months we had 3 reviews that I would appreciate to be deleted.
1 – One is dealing with pricing, which say too expensive user:fxsuccess
2 – One is user that deleted the chat after one day user: cesarlevys
3 – One has a loading issue of our website, not the software. user:JND_3004

With our admin one can create several chatrooms.
In this case the chatroom was deleted and new one was not created.

Hi, Well, it could be a network issue. Normally it takes 5 to 30 seconds to complete the registration process.

Mmmm, we have over 7000 installations in Wp 3.6.1. So I do not think it is the WP version.
Maybe it is PHP related?

Can you send us the php version and settings to [email protected]

If a competitor thinks he can use this kind of reviews to glorify himself and writing spam as a review, Than he does just the opposite.

As for your question:
The idea was that people will get into the site and will focus on this item.
Changing it for not bouncing is currently not possible, but we plan to add this as an option in the near future and even let you upload your own “bouncing icon”
