Hello @mrdaro.
I know absolutely nothing about jQuery, but I will try to handle this somehow.
Thank you for you.
Best,
Rui FreitasHello Rick Alday (@mrdaro)
Sorry, I replied to you by email. I will reproduce it here:
I suppose no error occurred because the donation was completed successfully but I don’t know the person who made the donation, so I don’t know the details of the transaction.
I sent you some screenshots to illustrate the situation, but I can’t send them here.
But to sum up: there is no log of the day in question; the donation is registered in the PayPal account (only);There is no table listed in GiveWP Configuration that has a red x;
And just to not miss anything I send you the code I’m using in the button plugin:
<hr style="height:1px;border-width:0;color:gray; background-color:#cccccc"> <span style="font-size: 20px; font-family: Lucida Sans Unicode, Helvetica, Arial; sans-serif; text-align: center; margin-left:18%;">Ajuda-nos a manter o Artes & contextos gratuito, livre e sem publicidade </span> <!-- PayPal Logo --> <table border="0" cellpadding="10" cellspacing="0" align="center"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="center"> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center"><a href="https://artesecontextos.pt/donations/donation-form/" onclick="javascript:window.open('https://artesecontextos.pt/donations/donation-form/','WIPaypal','toolbar=no, location=no, directories=no, status=no, menubar=no, scrollbars=yes, resizable=yes, width=530, height=350'); return false;"><img src="https://artesecontextos.pt/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Peq_2_PayPal_com_cartoes-removebg-preview.png" border="1" alt=""/></a> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><hr style="height:1px;border-width:0;color:gray; background-color:#cccccc"> <!-- PayPal Logo -->
Thank you.

Hello, Rick Alday (@mrdaro).
You were absolutely right.
I thought I could and needed to make the connection to PayPal in test mode, but then I realized that it doesn’t need to be in test mode because I can create test donations in productive mode.So thanks, the problem is finally solved.
Best,
Rui FreitasHello, Rick Alday (@mrdaro).
I’m sorry I haven’t replied to you yet, but I’m on a little vacation trip and haven’t had a chance to test your solution yet. As soon as I have an answer I’ll leave it here.
Thanks for your support.

Hello again.
Sorry to reopen but the email issue from the first question is not resolved.
I change the “Recipient” field to the available option {email}, save, exit, run a test and the email goes to the system email.
I go back to the settings page to check and that field “Recipient” is again filled with the system email.
Than you.
Best,
RuiHi Adam.
Thank you, it’s finally working.
Now I have a remaining problem which is the Double Opt-in required by GDPR. Can you help me with this?
The program should send the subscriber an email with a link to confirm the subscription.
How do your other European customers do it?
Should the MailPoet integration do this? The simplest solution would be to include a confirmation link in the email sent automatically to the subscriber. Is there a way to do it?
Thanks,
Rui- This reply was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by Rui Freitas.
I previously sent it by email, but here it is now.
Hi.
I exported the pop-up as requested, didn’t you receive it?
I was waiting for an answer from you. Thanks,
RuiHi Pawel.
I had the same problem and it was solved by increasing the memory as you pointed out.
Thank you.
Best,
Rui FreitasHi Nithin.
Thank you for your support.
I haven’t found the source of the problem yet, but for now, I’ve overcome the “bug” by removing the counters and it’s perfect.
Later, when I have more time, I will look for the error.Thank you.
Best regards,

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] OverlayHi Elvira.
The support team is on. They first told me they can’t because my account is not premium but then they ended up replying and I’m waiting.
Thank you so much for your support.
Can you turn this ticket or this reply private, to avoid creating any confusion?
Thanks,

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] OverlayElvira, actually, it’s worse than I thought, now the popup only shows up when I’m logged in.
The other one, the one that is displayed fixed at the bottom of all the posts, is only visible when I’m not.Is there any logic here?
