Yes, this is a pro feature, you can set the image position Left, Center, or Right. If you are using the free plugin you can just set the image position to Top, Center, or Bottom. The Testimonial image show/hide option is a pro feature. But you can easily hide image by CSS and you can easily change dots color by style options.

We can’t provide a menu WP Dashboard Editor.
First of all, you go to the Elementor page editor left side then you can see the “Advanced Testimonial Carousel” icon in Elementor Addons. Now you can change everything “Advanced Testimonial Carousel” addon.
