I am having a similar issue since new update. Do not receive New Order Emails and although I DO receive payment through PayPal the order is marked as cancelled. This is on ruffhousestudios.com I DO receive cancelled order emails just fine even after the payment clears. When I manually place the order to processing I DO NOT receive new order emails as I should and did before update. Something is wrong with this release.

You can adjust the rate at which they are delivered. It’s done that way to lower the load on your server to more of a background operation I think. The settings are in the Batch Sending panel.

That worked for me to this fix this new issue but I suppose I am vulnerable to attacks. I manually edit and publish user submitted post prior to publishing them so I guess I’m safe as I would be able to catch hidden html in a post before it’s published but be careful.

Same problem for me too using smartPopup at version 3.3 upgrade. MediaTemple server modified default template.
Saw another person on this thread with MediaTemple as well.

I had the same issue at custom-page.com, turns out it was the Simple FaceBook Connect plugin causing a conflict. Disabled that plugin and my proceed to checkout buttons re-appeared.

Yep, same problem here.
Worked great, I updated, now it only tries to load unless I click the new arrow tab on bottom.

This plug in works the best and is the simplest of the few I tried for my site.
