-No Error messages. The content is still visible in the form so to the user it appears nothing happened.

Which Jetpack modules are/were active?

– Hmmm. That I don’t have record of. I don’t think it remembers previous settings when reactivated either but I could try?

I’ve tested the form with both of those activated without issue, so I suspect there may be a third variable here (like your theme?).

-Possibly but the form works fine when both plugins are deactivated. Not super confident checking the theme myself.

Does the form “success message” work if you don’t specify a thank you page URL?
-No. The form still doesn’t work if I remove the thank you page URL. The only reason I have the Thank You page URL is because the “success message” text (when it’s working) doesn’t show up well on my background photo.
